We present our latest dosing device, COLORETTE, which has been specially developed for the injection molding market.

Injection molding with the highest precision
COLORETTE enables precise dosing of additives. The integrated storage hopper with large viewing windows, lighting, and fill level sensor ensures a consistent material flow and contributes to high reproducibility.

Intuitive control / Simple and efficient
COLORETTE combines precision with high usability. The clear 7-inch touch display and the self-explanatory user interface enable quick and intuitive operation.

Industry 4.0 Ready / Connected and future-proof
The standardized OPC-UA interface enables easy integration into the existing production environment. This means that the COLORETTE can be controlled via the PLC. In addition, the plasticizing time can be automatically measured and adjusted.

Powerful and versatile
COLORETTE covers a wide performance range from approx. 0.58 to 16 kg/h* and is suitable for a wide range of plastics.
