Dosing units
Our sophisticated and robust dosing units form the core our PLASTICOLOR system. They are available in four different sizes, each with an output ranging from 70 g/h to 4,800 kg/h.
Fields of application
These units are designed and used for the dosing of granular, free flowing and non-sticky materials, such as masterbatch, regrind materials, virgin materials and PVC dry blends. They cover all extrusion, blow-moulding and injection moulding manufacturing processes. Depending on the requirements, our dosing units can either be used individually or as a complete solution.

Practical benefits
- Screw changes made easy – thanks to quick-release latches the motor can easily be folded away
- Easy cleaning via quick discharge (manual or pneumatic)
- Volume control via a neckpiece slide with test discharge for the PC1500 to PC3500 devices (optional on some models)
- Filling or discharge during production (starting from two units) by means of neckpiece slides (manual or pneumatic)
