Have you already got some professional experience and would you like to enhance your specialist knowledge? Are you looking for a position with more responsibility or would you like to start over professionally?
WOYWOD is just right for you if you want to develop further or extend your knowledge. We can offer a number of responsible positions including managerial ones.
Recruiting process
This is how our application process works.
Step 1 - Online application
Your application is the first step in our company. On our careers page, you can find our current vacancies and send us an unsolicited application. E-mail us your application (including a complete CV, a covering letter and references) to bewerbung@woywod.de (Attn. Mr. Dienst).
Step 2 - Checking of application documents
We check each application very carefully and we will reply as quickly as possible.
Step 3 - Invitation to a phone interview
Once you have been short-listed, we will phone you to arrange an appointment for an interview on the phone. When doing this, we will learn more about your previous professional experience and you will find out more about WOYWOD and the job you are applying for.
Step 4 - A first interview via Microsoft Teams
In a Microsoft Teams conversation, you will get to know team members and will be given a deeper insight into what’s behind the scenes at WOYWOD.
Step 5 - A second personal interview
In the second interview, you will get to know responsible line managers and we will clear up any queries you may still have.
Step 6 - Work trial
After this, we will arrange an appointment for starting a work trial to allow you to get to know your area of responsibility, your work place and your colleagues.
Step 7 - Offer of contract
If the situation suits both sides and you think you can work for WOYWOD, we will discuss the offer of contract on the phone and then e-mail you a copy of the contract that you can look through at your leisure. And then it’s: Welcome to WOYWOD!
Step 8 - Onboarding
In the course of our onboarding process, we make sure that you feel at home with us right from the very first day.

What’s the best way to apply?
Ideally, on a digital basis by e-mail, or simply by using the upload function in our job advertisements.
Can I apply even though I don't meet all the requirements?
Gladly and at all costs. We deliberately word our offers of employment such that nobody needs to meet the requirements of a pre-set formula. We offer varied positions and activities. After getting to know one another for the first time, we will draw up a solution together that meets both your and our expectations.
What application documents do we want?
We want to get in touch with you quickly and without any complications; this means that initially you only need to e-mail or phone us. We would, of course, be pleased to see any informative documents that you may have, like your CV and references, for example.
Can I send an unsolicited application?
Even if there is no concrete vacancy, you can also send us an unsolicited application. We are always looking for qualified and committed specialist personnel. Please feel free to take the initiative!

Can you work part-time at WOYWOD?
In principle, we also offer part-time positions. Of course, it always depends o the activity in question. At WOYWOD, the normal working week is 40 hours.
Will I get work clothes from WOYWOD?
If you work on the shop floor, you will get work clothes from us to ensure that you have optimum equipment and protection.
Can I do work experience at WOYWOD?
This is possible in a number of different departments. Feel free to talk to us about it!
