COLORETTE – Precision in injection molding

The COLORETTE dosing unit has been specially developed for the requirements of the injection molding industry. It is available in both volumetric and gravimetric versions and enables high-precision additive dosing directly in the process.

The integrated weighing system of the entire device gives the gravimetric version a particularly high degree of accuracy. Functions such as dosing by shot weight, additive setpoint and regrind compensation ensure consistent material quality.

Operation is via an intuitive 7-inch touch display with integrated material database. This allows material changes and parameter settings to be carried out quickly and without errors – even by untrained personnel.

With the standard OPC-UA interface, the COLORETTE dosing unit is fully Industry 4.0-compatible and can be easily integrated into existing control systems. The robust design, high operational reliability, and sophisticated construction ensure a long service life and an optimal cost-benefit ratio.

Fields of application

The COLORETTE dosing unit is ideal for the precise dosing of additives and masterbatch in injection molding. It covers a performance range from 0.58 to 16 kg/h (depending on the material) and can therefore be used in a wide variety of applications.
