COLORETTE enables precise dosing of additives. The integrated storage hopper with large viewing windows, lighting, and fill level sensor ensures a consistent material flow and contributes to high reproducibility.

The standardized OPC-UA interface enables easy integration into the existing production environment. This means that the COLORETTE can be controlled via the PLC. In addition, the plasticizing time can be automatically measured and adjusted.

Regrind compensation

The regrind compensation takes into account the proportion of regrind in the shot weight and adjusts the additive proportion accordingly. This practical function ensures optimum material utilization and consistently high product quality.

Dedicated injection molding mode

The injection moulding mode offers simple input and adjustment of all relevant parameters such as shot weight, additive sol content and plasticizing time. This allows you to optimize your production processes quickly and easily. The plasticizing time can also be determined automatically by the device monitoring a contact to the injection moulding system.

Material database

The material database makes it easy to create different materials. Quantity tests can be carried out for each material to improve the accuracy of dosing.

Illuminated storage hopper with integrated fill level sensor

The COLORETTE's storage hopper has lighting that makes it easier to visually check the fill level. It can also signal the status of the appliance using different colors.

The integrated fill level sensor also offers additional safety and provides early notification of outgoing material or activates the optional Venturi compressed air conveyor.

High-quality materials

The housing of the COLORETTE is made entirely of stainless steel. This ensures long-lasting operation.

Venturi compressed air conveyor

The Venturi compressed air conveyor from WOYWOD fits on the COLORETTE without adaptation or reworking. This means that automatic filling can be retrofitted easily and without great effort. Simply mount the Venturi on the COLORETTE and connect it to the corresponding connection on the device.
